They arrived every morning 15 minutes prior to their start time and ended the day exactly when they told me. Each project was either done on-time or prior to the agreed upon date. The estimate was almost exact. You will be in complete shock from beginning to end, since most contracts talk a good game, but this company delivers...highly recommend them!

They also deliver extremely high quality craftsmanship. Most of all, the work they did was with minimum disruption to my home life. They were neat and clean throughout the projects. Specifically, I've had my kitchen and two bathrooms gutted and renovated, custom molding work, windows and doors replaced, a two-tier deck constructed, as well as structural room changes completed. In 2005, the plan is for a living room addition, and Unlimited Builders already has the job!

Bert A, Stockton, NJ: We did a whole house remodel. Started in September and needed it done by Easter. We were able to move in on Good Friday and entertained 25+ people on Easter Sunday. Gerry was excellent at envisioning what I wanted. Our architect was not the best (recommended by the Township Building Dept) and Gerry wound up making a lot of changes. Another builder would have just worked with the plan and we would not have been happy. Any time I approved a change, he was clear about the costs. I was never surprised by any invoices. Will be using him again for a basement remodel in the near future.
